"June Mantras"- a beautiful 21-day journey back to your heart 💫
Reconnect with your inner child, one gentle mantra at a time. 💛
June Mantras – Healing the Inner Child is more than a book. It’s a heartfelt invitation to come back to yourself. 21 days of mantras, affirmations, and reflections that feel like soft whispers to your soul transform you from within.
I crafted this book during an emotionally overwhelming phase to create a loving space to breathe. Each page reconnects you with long-buried emotions, and slowly, you will begin to meet your inner child with kindness instead of judgment.
The simplicity of the practice makes it powerful. No pressure to “fix” anything, just a daily reminder to show up with love and awareness.
This journey reminds you that healing doesn’t happen all at once, but one gentle day at a time.

Kodava Cuisine: A Taste of the Coffee County
Coorg, or Kodagu, is a district in Karnataka, known for its coffee plantations, scenic beauty, and distinctive culture. The cuisine of Coorg reflects the rich heritage and diversity of the region, with dishes that are flavorful, spicy, and unique.
Kodava cuisine is based on rice, which is grown abundantly in the valleys of Coorg. Rice is used to make various dishes, such as kadambattu (rice balls), nuuputtu (rice noodles), kuleputtu (jackfruit rice cakes), and thalia puttu (rice bread).
Coorgi cuisine also celebrates meat, especially pork and chicken, which are cooked in aromatic masalas and kachampuli (a sour vinegar made from a local fruit). Some of the famous dishes are pandi curry (pork curry), koli curry (chicken curry), and baimbalé curry (bamboo shoot curry).
Coorgi cuisine is a feast for the senses, with dishes that are simple yet delicious. If you want to experience the taste of Coorg, try some of these recipes, from my free pdf of Kodava cuisine, and enjoy the flavors of the coffee county.
